Intensive Spanish Group Classes

PLQ will offer new “Intensive Spanish Group Classes” for beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels (A1, A2, B1, B2 y Advanced). In these group classes students will have the opportunity to learn Spanish in small groups of 2-4 students.

Prior to the start of the course, we will determine each student’s level with a placement test so that students join the group level that corresponds with their language capability.

These “Intensive Spanish Group Classes” will allow students to learn in a collaborative manner, have shared intercultural experiences, and learn Spanish in the context of Latin American Spanish, all in an environment that will address the culture, history, life experience and current reality of the Guatemalan people.

Certified instructors will facilitate the Spanish learning process and help students to master key linguistic skills: reading, writing, speaking, and listening comprehension, through the use of appropriate pedagogy and in a friendly learning environment.

Advantages:

• They provide a more affordable face-to-face study opportunity than
  individual classes (Q1,200 per week instead of Q1,900)
• Limited number of students in each group (2-4)
• Classes are divided by Five Spanish language level (A1, A2, B1, B2 y Advanced)
• Group activities and discussions encourage active participation
• They provide a supportive environment. Students can learn from each other and develop their communication skills

Tuition and Schedule:

The Group Classes are offered in the evenings of June, July and August. Classes are 5 hours a day, Monday through Friday from 2-7PM. The students have their mornings available to participate in programmed cultural, sport and academic activities that make up the intensive Spanish programs that PLQ offers.

The price for these classes will be Q1,200/per week.
